Did you get to see the movie Disney's Ralph Breaks the Internet? The girls and I went to see the film when it first premiered on November 21st, 2018, and we enjoyed the film a lot. A matter of fact, the girls thought this sequel was better than the first.
As for me, I didn't see the first movie, so can't compare, however, the film was easy to follow and understand the characters without seeing Wreck-It Ralph.
Watching the movie and seeing how much the internet is apart of our everyday life was an eye-opener for me with lessons to learn. It's like we're all so sucked into what is going on with other people, and things online we are missing out on living in the moment. Also, people are so vested in trying to have those viral moments with the things they post online seeking validations from others for likes and views. Quite sad.
It makes me think, what would this world be without the internet? I did live in a world without it when I was younger, but honestly, don't know what I would do without it now.
My life now is the internet; my job revolves with this blog and social media. I have met great people and been given exciting opportunities because of my online business. It has been quite the adventure, and I been loving my journey online and the impact I have made from it. But I make sure to have a balance between my online life, and life in the real world.
About the Film
“Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2” leaves Litwak’s video arcade behind, venturing into the uncharted, expansive and thrilling world of the internet—which may or may not survive Ralph’s wrecking. Video game bad guy Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly) and fellow misfit Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Sarah Silverman) must risk it all by traveling to the world wide web in search of a replacement part to save Vanellope’s video game, Sugar Rush. In way over their heads, Ralph and Vanellope rely on the citizens of the internet—the netizens—to help navigate their way, including a website entrepreneur named Yesss (voice of Taraji P. Henson), who is the head algorithm and the heart and soul of trend-making site “BuzzzTube.” Directed by Rich Moore (“Zootopia,” “Wreck-It Ralph”) and Phil Johnston (co-writer “Wreck-It Ralph,” “Cedar Rapids,” co-writer “Zootopia,”), and produced by Clark Spencer (“Zootopia,” “Wreck-It Ralph,” “Bolt”).Ralph Breaks the Internet is coming to Blue-Ray (Feb 26th) and Digital (Feb 12th)! And to celebrate, I'm giving away copies of the movie to 4 of my Product Review Mom readers!
