Hey yall!  I’m back on BzzAgent reviewing products from their website.  It has been so long since I did reviews for them because I receive so many products from companies directly or I’m always on the road somewhere and do not have the time to do reviews.

A lot of times when I receive BzzAgent’s email to join in on a campaign I just ignore it but when they sent an email to invite me to review Head and Shoulders Moisture Hair Collection I didn’t want to pass that up.

I love trying out new hair products but lately I’ve been sticking with products that has been doing  well for my hair.  I had to kick my product junkie habit after going broke buying all these hair products Youtubers were recommending.

My hair routine is pretty simple, shampoo, condition, leave in conditioner, and styling product(s).  I haven’t really changed that up unless I feel the need to deep condition my hair if it is in need of some hydration.

Before my hair was natural I used Head and Shoulders and I didn’t care for it at all.  All it did was leave my hair dry like it stripped all my moisture from every strand of hair.   I stopped using Head and Shoulders for years.

I’m happy to see that Head and Shoulders now provide products that moisturize the hair.   I’ve been using their 2in1 shampoo/conditioner, cowash, and scalp soother for the past month and been enjoying it!  I’ve seen a big change with my hair, much shinier, softer, and of course moisturized.

The 2in1 shampoo/conditioner is much thicker in texture than regular shampoo due to it having both products together.  This is not as moisturizing as I thought it would be so I needed to use the cowash with it.

The cowash was simply just a conditioner to me but a bit thicker in texture.  It worked really well for my hair when using it by itself and with the 2in1 shampoo/conditioner and my hair was easier to comb after using it and very soft.

The scalp soother is supposed to help if you have an itchy scalp.  You spray it on your scalp and it has a cooling effect.  I love the cooling feeling and works well in between washes.  My girls loved this and had me keep spraying the soother on their scalps because they loved the cooling effect.

The smell of these hair products are the same as Head and Shoulders original products so you can’t really tell it has coconut or almond oil in it but the hair products does smell good and leaves your hair smelling freshly washed.

My whole family has been using this hair collection and really enjoys it as well.  I’m glad that coupons were included in my Bzzkit so I can go to the store and buy some more since they’re using all my stuff up.

I will say that the ingredients are not the greatest for your hair due to the chemicals and I normally use natural hair products, but I’ll make an exception for Head and Shoulders since it left my hair nice and flake free.

Is Head and Shoulders Moisture Care Collection Worth a Try?

If you don’t mind the chemicals in it then I would recommend it.  I would recommend using it every now and then.

Have you tried Head and Shoulders Moisture Care Collection?

  1. It is so hard to resist picking up products people are LOVING - ouubers or bloggers :D It gets so pricey! Head and Shoulders is such a classic american shampoo. Not the greatest ingredients but everybody uses it at least once in their life :D

    1. Yeah I know! They are always advertising such great products and I'm always running to the stores to buy it but I got a hold of myself because it was too expensive. Good thing I'm a blogger and get things sent to me to review.

I really wish the ingredients were not bad, it makes me not want to use Head and Shoulders too much.

  2. I tried this collection last month. I had heard of the brand before but never purchased it. It worked okay but I won't be leaving my current shampoo brand.

    1. Yeah the shampoo is not the greatest and I also returned to using my current shampoo. But I will say I love their conditioner though. I see myself adding their cowash to my regular hair washing routine.

    1. Thanks Ashley! I really wish that they would've had a product line without the chemicals but still with moisture. However, I'm glad they're making improvements with their hair products.

hahaha.... I do the same thing with Youtube gurus or I have to take a break from some of the beauty groups I'm in because suddenly I need what everything that everybody's talking about!

With Head & Shoulders, I always try to keep a bottle stocked in the house, because it works when you need it to. I also like how it's not as dark of blue as some other dandruff brands. I get nervous it'll tint my hair green!

I do not like shampoos that has dark colors. It starts staining up my shower.
