Although it may appear to be a game of the past, Flight Club Atlanta offers a more modern way to relive it.
My daughters and I recently tried playing new versions of dart games, even though we are beginners. Playing darts requires good hand-eye coordination and accuracy in aiming and hitting specific parts of the target board. Upon our arrival at Flight Club Atlanta, our attentive host promptly escorted us to our designated playing area. They provided us with clear instructions on how to get set up. Also, they explained the varying levels of difficulty for the dart games.
Before we started playing, the three of us had to get our picture taken to be added to the scoreboard. This helps let us know who is up next and what everyone's score is. But, of course, Lauren didn't want her picture taken, and she didn't have to because if you're camera shy, there is a button to press to create an image for you.
Prior to deciding on a game to play, we decided to sample the food first. The menu offers a variety of delicious shareable bites, including flavorful international-inspired dishes like Lumpia, Tandoori Chicken Skewers, and Lobster Elote Dip, to name a few.
Every dish we selected was absolutely delicious! It's evident that each meal is made with high-quality gourmet ingredients. I didn't expect that; I thought it would be the typical bar food.

We chose an easy one for our first game to warm up and learn how to throw darts correctly. And thanks to the markers on the floor showing where to stand to help those of us amateurs a good spot to throw the darts to the bullseye, and helps with our aim. As we started getting the hang of it, we challenged ourselves with upper-level games.
After a winner throws the winning shot, the scoreboard shows a replay video of the winner's reaction! Also, you can relive the big moment again the following day when Flight Club sends the winner videos through email.
From the carnival-style decor, fun dart games, and savory foods, Flight Club was an exciting first experience!
Here are some tips to help you with your visit to Flight Club Atlanta:
1. To increase your chances of securing a spot, it is advisable to make a reservation in advance, as walk-in availability is not guaranteed. Weekdays and early afternoons are less busy.
2. Flight Club allows children who are 12 years old and above to participate. However, it may be more appropriate for older teenagers. Please be aware that Flight Club enforces an age restriction: children over 12 can play Social Darts before 4pm but must have an adult present. After 4pm, only individuals 18 years old or above can play.
Please note that guests must be 21 or older after 6pm Sunday through Friday. On Saturdays, guests must be 21 years old or above from opening until closing. Those under 21 years old will not be allowed to enter on Saturdays.
3. The cost to play is $12 per person for 90 minutes. If you make a reservation online, you can make your menu order to have your food ready upon arrival.
4. You don't have to play darts at Flight Club. You can also enjoy drinks at the bar and come for the food.
5. A paid parking garage is attached behind the Flight Club at the Star Metals Building.
I highly recommend Flight Club Atlanta for a fun time with family and friends, as well as big group events. It's an unforgettable experience!
