Skincare Products I'm Taking on my Next Trip

During my travels, I make sure to pack my skincare products.  And what skincare products I bring with me all depends on my current skin concerns and what kind of weather the destination is having.

My skin concerns are fading my dark spots, smoothing my skin, and erasing the fine lines under my eyes that developed from losing weight.

Right now, I've been using quite a bit of Vitamin C skincare products because there are excellent benefits to using products with it for your skin.  For instance, the benefits of using Vitamin C skincare products are:

1. Plumps and brightens the complexion

2. Repairs damaged skin

3. Reduce the appearance of dark spots

4. Reduce fine lines and wrinkles

5. Hydrates skin

6. Promotes collagen production

Below, check out the skincare products I'm bringing with me on my next trip.

DERMA-E Vitamin C Daily Brightening Cleanser

DERMA-E Vitamin C Daily Brightening Cleanser- I'm currently using this facial wash morning and night, and wow, it truly does brighten your skin and makes any discoloration less noticeable.  Not only does DERMA-E Vitamin C Daily Brightening Cleanser has Vitamin C, but it also has Licorice Extract, Green Tea, Glycolic Acid, ProVitamin B5.  After use, skin looks and feels hydrated and refreshed, with a healthy glow.  Make sure to read more about DERMA-E products.

Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliate

Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant- I use this exfoliate after my wash about three times a week.  Not only does it smooth and evens out skin tone, but it also unclogs and shrinks enlarged pores.  Also, unlike other exfoliants that leave your skin thirsty for hydration, this exfoliant doesn't dry your skin out after use.  And, it's non-irritating as well.  Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant works excellent for removing makeup.  Check out my review about Paula's Choice Skincare brand.

Sunday Riley C.E.O. 15% Vitamin C Brightening Serum

Sunday Riley C.E.O 15% Vitamin C Brightening Serum- I recently heard about this brand when browsing the skincare section at Sephora, looking for Paula's Choice C15 Super Boost.  Paula's Choice C15 Super Boost was sold out, so a beauty consultant showed me Sunday Riley C.E.O 15% Vitamin C Brightening Serum as a replacement.  Like Paula's Choice, Sunday Riley C.E.O 15% Vitamin C Brightening Serum also helps evening out the skin tone, making skin firmer and plump.  After one use, I noticed how youthful my skin looks, and my skin has a radiant, dewy glow.  I like using Elina Organics Activated Honey Peel with Sunday Riley Serum, together making my skin incredibly soft.

Elina Organics Activated Honey Peel

Elina Organics Activated Honey Peel-  I use Elina Organics Activated Honey Peel morning and night underneath Sunday Riley C.E.O 15% Vitamin C Brightening Serum.  This dynamic duo gives my skin a youthful bounce and fades my dark spots quicker than not using any products.

Sunday Riley Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream

Sunday Riley Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream-    Sephora associate also recommended this eye cream since I'm having concerns with the fine lines under my eyes.  It's like my skin is improving, but my eyes are starting to age and make me look tired.  I don't want to go to the botox route, so using an eye cream will have to do.  Sunday Riley Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream instantly lifts and depuffs eyes while also reducing the appearance of fine lines and dark circles.  I use this cream a few times a week, morning and night.

APTO Skincare Pomegranate Moisturizer

APTO Skincare Pomegranate Moisturizer- After using my serums to lock in the moisture, I use APTO Skincare Pomegranate Moisturizer.  This moisturizing lotion is very hydrating and can be used under makeup or even by itself.  APTO whole skincare line is fantastic!  Make sure to check out my review of this brand, and you can find them at your local Target.

Image MD Clinical Skincare Restoring Daily Defense Moisturizer SPF 50

Image MD Clinical Skincare Restoring Daily Defense Moisturizer SPF 50- My esthetician recommended this SPF moisturizer to help protect my skin from the sun to prevent further damage and also help lighten my dark spots.  This SPF moisturizer doesn't leave a white cast and works well under makeup or by itself.

I know what you are thinking; that's a lot of skincare products you're bringing on your trip!

Skincare Products I'm Taking on my Next Trip

Yes, it is; however, I want to pick and choose which products to use.  I won't use all products at once; it depends on whether my skin needs particular attention, like deep cleaning after wearing makeup, if my face needs a hydrating boost, etc.

I want to make sure that after my monthly facial visits with my esthetician, my skin continues on a healthier, even-toned path.  I must stay consistent with it to naturally achieve the look I desire.

Make sure to check out the places I travel to!  Do you know where I'm going next?
