Hey Yall!  As you all know, I'm a review blogger, which brands send me products to potentially review and feature on my blog.  Some products make it on my blog, and some I forget to try out, doesn't fit my lifestyle so doesn't get reviewed, or life has me too busy so the items get overlooked.

Now, spring is soon to be here, and my cabinets full of unreviewed products needs to be cleaned out, so every Wednesday this spring I'll be reviewing and featuring products brands has sent me last year, but has yet to be evaluated.

I've mentioned Sky Organics several times on my blog because they have fantastic organic skincare, bath products that have my skin always looking smooth, healthy and youthful.

With spring just around the corner, and warmer weather is on the horizon, I take more in-depth care of my face so I can wear less makeup so that I won't look shiny and greasy.

While going through my kitchen cabinets (items from brands have overtaken my kitchen), I saw a Dead Sea Mud Mask from Sky Organics; I haven't used yet.

The Mud Mask is sourced from the Dead Sea in IsraelSky Organics' Dead Sea Mud Mask promotes smooth, vibrant skin and the formula removes toxins, improves circulation, and features anti-aging properties.

When I saw that this mud mask came straight from Israel, that had me ready to slather my face with this magical best-kept skincare secret.  People from around the world visit Israel to get a dose of the beauty healing power of the dead sea mud.  I'm happy I don't have to take a trip across the country to Israel to try out this marvelous clay mask.  My pocketbook will be happy, and so will my skin.

The benefits using the dead sea mud mask helps improves circulation, treat acne, soften the skin, and has anti-aging properties.  The masks cleanse the pores, eliminating impurities by bringing them to the surface of the skin.

Skin Organics' Dead Sea Mud Mask also features vitamins and nutrients in high quantities.

  • 100% Natural

  • Organic Ingredients

  • No Additives

  • Rich in Dead Sea Minerals

When I first opened the jar of dark gray creamy clay, my first thought came to my mind was, "Boy, washing this off my face will have my sink completely a mess!"  However, the mess is well worth the risk, I want my skin glowing this spring and summer.  I had Clorox wipes on deck to clean up afterward.

Also, I took a sniff and was surprised by the soft, light fragrance, sort of like a shea butter smell.

While the girls were at school, and Mr. M at work, I took that quiet, uninterrupted time, to used the mask.

I applied a layer of the mask all over my face ( I recommend using a facial mask brush to apply the mud to avoid messy fingers) avoiding my eyes and lips and let it marinate on my skin while I relaxed on my couch tuning into some of my tv programs.

The mud started drying on my face quite quickly, tightening up, but not too tight to where it would be hard for me to speak like other masks I've used.  I could tell the mud was working its magical powers to help soften my delicate skin.

I had the mask on for about 15 to 20 minutes, then rinsed it off with warm water.  Whatever mud that was left over I would wash my face more along with soap.

My goodness!  Touching my face, the feeling revealed rejuvenated skin that was brought back to life!  Unlike other facial masks, like charcoal ones, my face didn't look or feel dried out at all.  Honestly, I didn't need a moisturizer afterward; the mud mask gave my face nourishment and moisture it needed.

So, if you're not trying to travel overseas to bathe yourself in the Dead Sea in Israel, Sky Organics Dead Sea Mud Mask is the next best option.  It's like having the Dead Sea of mud in the comfort of your own home, not surrounded by other people.

Spring, I'm ready for ya! 😄

  4. Early Spring cleaning is going around, I've been cleaning out my beauty items as well, tossing some and donating the ones that are unused.

I have dry, sensitive skin, but this mask actually seems like it would be soothing and Spa like!
