Hey Yall!  Was getting back fit apart of your New Years Resolution this year?

I must admit, last year I was in a slump when it comes to working out, getting myself back in shape.  You see, what has happened was I got too comfortable in 2017 and all the weight I lost in 2016 I regained it all from poor eating habits and not keeping myself active as I should be.  My couch had become the go-to place to park myself in front of the TV, along with my favorite unhealthy yogurt snacks.  I was getting all my day-naps in while the girls were in school.

Like I mentioned here, 2018 is all about the word REFOCUS for me.  I need to refocus on doing my best, feeling my best, and being the best that I can be.

So, what I did was head to my local JCPenney and got myself some workout gear to help re-motivate me.   There’s no better feeling than tacking your fitness goals with stylish and affordable outfits that have you feeling and looking your best. Whether you’re exercising at home or hitting your local gym, JCPenney has all of your essential workout clothes, gadgets, and tools at prices that won’t break the bank.

I rounded up my favorite looks and gear that will help you get on track and keep meeting your “New Year, New You” mantra.

  2. Lou,

This post is right on time. In January, I fell off the kickboxing wagon and I've been telling myself since the first of the month I need to get my behind back into gear. I hope to make at least 3 classes this week so I can get back into the swing of things. I keep putting it off due to work, but those hour breaks for class give me my second wind.

Cute outfits too girl. I got about 5 new pairs of leggings and some new gloves and I can't wait to show them off lol.

    1. I'm getting back to the hang of things, and starting to lose weight. Getting cute workout gear sure does make a difference of getting back motivated.

  3. My fitness goal is to be more consistent throughout the year with working out. I had the flu last month and it took me a few weeks to get my exercise endurance back. So I'm grateful that I'm not struggling through my workouts anymore.

I hope your new gear gives you the motivation you need. :)

  5. Gurl, I am so out of shape that it's pathetic, yet, I do nothing about it. I will be celebrating my 57th year this year so I best get cracking because I am getting junk mail about burials - lol #PRP
