There is a new acai bowl and smoothie place in town, and I'm so excited about this place coming to my community.
everbowl, the superfood franchise known for fueling movement and powering active lifestyles with its superfood bowls, opened a new location in the Hamilton Mill area in Dacula.
I was invited to attend everbowl Friends and Family Soft Opening event before the grand opening. At the event, I had an exclusive look at the newest location and experienced the brand's customizable menu.
For my bowl, I chose one of their signature bowls, the everbowl, made with acai, granola, banana, strawberry, and blueberry.

This latest everbowl opening marks an exciting milestone for the brand, as its first location in Gwinnett County, owned and operated by local franchisees Ronnell and Rania Brown.
The couple moved to Metro Atlanta in June 2017 to start their family and settled in Lawrenceville with their four sons, ages 8, 6, 3, and 1, who attend local Gwinnett County public schools.
"It felt right," said Ronnell and Rania when asked how they came to open an everbowl franchise.
With the restaurant industry running deep in their family, Rania's father owned a pizzeria for 35+ years, and Ronnell's father had 30+ years in food distribution and consulting, the Browns saw entrepreneurship as a natural next step.
Rania brings 14+ years as a proposal coordinator in government contracting, while Ronnell is a teacher with 13 years of experience, seven of which have been in Gwinnett County Public Schools.
Two of everbowl's guiding principles resonated deeply with the Browns: KAIZEN, the belief in becoming 1% better every day, and Having Fun.
"We want our establishment to be the place for all to smile and enjoy daily interactions with our staff members, all while eating a tasty acai bowl," they said.
