My Review of Chattahoochee Food Works Spookeasy Halloween Cocktail Bar
I attended their media event to give this Halloween pop-up a try.
To be honest, I didn't know what to expect when it came to Halloween-themed pop-ups besides going to a decorated cocktail bar since I had never attended one, but I was curious to see if it was more than just drinking cocktails.
I'm not a drinker, so when I discovered there would also be mocktails, I said yes to the invitation.
I've been to Chattahoochee Food Works plenty of times to dine at their food hall, which has delicious food vendors. So, I made it an evening out with yummy foods and drinks.
Once I arrived, I noticed the Halloween Cocktail Bar was on one part of the patio.
It should've been the whole patio, and here's why...when you walk inside the cocktail bar, it is small and cramped.
As you walk in, it's dark, reminiscent of a haunted house. The decor is set for spine-chilling fun.
The music sets the tone, as if you're at a nightclub, and the Spookeasy Deathologists serve tasty drinks that get you into the Halloween spirit.
Each mocktail I tried was good, giving me a taste of fall with warm flavors of rich cinnamon, apples, ginger, and pumpkin.
Regarding the light bites, I was disappointed that everything was fried. As someone on a health and wellness journey, I need healthier options.
However, I was told I can buy food from the food hall vendors and bring it to the Spookeasy Cocktail Bar.
Also, I was told they will consider my feedback for next year.
Overall, I thought the Spookeasy Cocktail Bar was a fun experience, with cool, spooky vibes.
If you're 21+ and looking to visit some of these Halloween-themed pop-up bars in Atlanta, you should add Chattahoochee Food Works Spookeasy Cocktail Bar to your list.
