Must-Visit Places in Alpharetta: Evereve and Crave Pie Studio

Alpharetta, the suburbs of Metro Atlanta, and located in northern Fulton County, Georgia.  Alpharetta is a vibrant Southern city with top places to shop, dine, and play.  Plus, it's a desirable place that people enjoy living in because it boosts southern hospitality, gorgeous executive homes, and Alpharetta is easy to access to top destinations in Atlanta.


I visit Alpharetta often for a quick escape to either go to a local eaterie, shop or hit up an event.


Recently, I attended a couple of grand opening event parties (Evereve and Crave Pie Studio) in Alpharetta of stores that are must-visit when spending a day in this lively city.

Evereve at The Avalon

I had a fun night out kick-starting my Valentine's Day/ President Day weekend to learn about the Evereve contemporary fashion boutique that is coming to The Avalon and taking a peek at some of the latest spring collection they have for women.


This trendy clothing store offers a variety of styles from leading brands, like 7 for All Mankind, Free People, Kenneth Cole, Spanx, Sorel, to name a few.


Before attending the event, I never heard of Evereve.  But glad I was introduced to it because I love the chic, sophisticated, edgy appeal of the clothing, giving a mom like me a fab appearance.


Sometimes it's hard to find clothes that look good for moms without looking matronly and boring.  I consider myself to be a young mother still, and I don't want to look older than I am.  And, I don't want to look like I'm dressing like my teens either.  So, Evereve fits my style preference perfectly.


During the event, I got to meet Megan Tamte, co-founder of Evereve, that started the store in Edina, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis.  Megan shared her story of being an at-home mom who was looking for fashionable clothes to make her feel good but couldn't find anything.  She went to work at Crate and Barrel part-time, learning about operating a business, and soon took the leap to create a clothing boutique designed to appeal to younger busy moms.  Megan evens hire moms at her stores as well.


Being at the event, I was surrounded by moms who were excited to wear clothes coming from Evereve.  Browsing around the crowd of joyful women, I can see the clothes work well for all occasions.  From playdates, girls' night out, and events, Evereve has the perfect silhouettes that sure will give women a lot of compliments and confidence boost.

Crave Pie Studio at The Alpharetta City Center

Up the road from The Avalon is a quaint, charming City Center.  It's a relaxing place to taste, see, shop, and socialize.


I went there to taste some delicious pies from Crave Pie Studio.  Crave Pie Studio opened its second store location at the Alpharetta City Center and invited my family and me to sample some of their freshly made pies.

When we first walked into this adorable store, it reminds me of home sweet American apple pie vibes.  The light sky blue and white colors and red and white aprons worn by the pie makers gives that going to your grandmother's house to eat the delightful pies she baked.

And when you come into Crave Pie Studio, they make you feel right at home.  That's why I enjoy visiting small businesses.

While we got seated and served a variety of sweet and savory pies, we meet Crave Pie founder Briana Carson (recently featured on the Today Show).  She is such a sweetheart, and you can tell that she is very passionate about pie-making.

Crave Pie Studio offers seasonal, made from scratch pies made daily as well as custom orders and mini pies. They offer Chocolate Chess, Lemon Chess, Maple Pecan, Chocolate Bourbon Pecan, Dutch Apple. Crave Pie Studio also offers a changing selection of fruit pies, creams, and custards.

From the pies we sampled from the spring/summer menu, my favorite was the quiche, and the fruit/lemon pie.  By far, these pies are the best I've eaten!  Top pies in Atlanta for sure!

When visiting Alpharetta, make sure to take a trip to The Avalon to get some retail therapy at Evereve.  Then afterward, treat yourself to sweet and savory pies at Crave Pie Studio at The Alpharetta City Center.
