Refreshing Smoothie Recipes You Need to Try Out via www.productreviewmom.com

Who doesn’t love a good smoothie, right? I know I sure do!

Smoothies give me that burst of energy before I officially begin my day and they don’t taste bad at all.

Below I’m sharing some of the most refreshing smoothie recipes that I have come across on the web.

Running with Spoons Cake Batter Smoothie

Do you like to have a smoothie after dinner? If so, the Cake Batter Smoothie created by Running with Spoons is just what you need. It only takes 10 minutes to prepare and you probably already have majority of the ingredients already.

Healthy Green Smoothie

Do you like to use smoothies as meal replacements from time to time? If so, my Healthy Green Smoothie is just what you need to get the energy you need to make it through the day. It is mostly fruits; however, I like to throw in spinach and kale to make sure its balanced. I like to make four servings so I can skip having to make smoothies multiple times throughout the day.

Wander Spice Dragon Fruit Smoothie with Guava

Wander Spice created a Dragon Fruit Smoothie with Guava that only has 106 calories. It takes about 6 minutes to make and she gives instructions for two servings. With fruits such as dragon fruit and strawberries, this sounds like the perfect morning treat before, or after, a workout.

Emma Eats & Explores Smoothie Bowls

Emma over at Emma Eats & Explores has the right idea when she created her Smoothie Bowls recipe. Sometimes you want to sit down and have breakfast with the family, but they feel like you need to have a plate or bowl in front of you. Making a smoothie bowl allows you to stay on track with your smoothie cleanse while also allowing your family to have that genuine breakfast experience. The best part is they mainly consist of fruit, coconut water, and yogurt.

Everyday Eileen’s’ Triple Berry Smoothie

Another morning smoothie to give you the burst of energy you need to wake up in the morning is the Triple Berry Smoothie created by Everyday Eileen. This smoothie contains 112 calories, Eileen provides instructions for two servings, and it only takes five minutes to make.

What I love about this recipe is that Eileen includes flax seed, which has been said to aid with weight loss.

Eating on a Dime’s Apple Spinach Green Smoothie

Eating on a Dime has created an Apple Spinach Green Smoothie that not only looks good, but tastes good as well. She adds in flax seed to the recipe also, which is why it caught my eye. By following Carrie’s instructions, you will have the perfect smoothie to end your day with.

Vegging at the Shore Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

The Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl created by Vegging at the Shore is another smoothie bowl that will make sure that you’re not skipping family breakfast. Marci adds in chia seeds and grape nuts to make sure it is balanced and healthy.

Having Fun Saving’s Sweet Potato Pineapple Smoothie

Doesn’t the name just sound like a breath of fresh air? I’m not sure if it’s because sweet potatoes make me think about Thanksgiving and Christmas, but the name makes me want to make one right now. Plus, there’s also the fact that Tracy says this smoothie comes with the additional benefit of helping with inflammation.

I love this Sweet Potato Pineapple Smoothie recipe created by Having Fun Saving because she adds in turmeric and if you didn’t know turmeric has a ton of health benefits.

Keep this recipe in mind when you’re faced with eating healthy or overindulging on sweet potato pie.

Final Thoughts on Refreshing Smoothie Recipes

I don’t know if you can tell yet or not, but I’m kind of obsessed with smoothies right now. I love how there are just so many ones you can make to keep them fresh.
