  1. I use Plant Therapy's Lavender Pre-Diluted Essential Oil Roll. I put it on my wrists and behind my ears. I smell good and it is such a relaxing scent!

  2. I agree with the SoundSpa. I don't have one, but have downloaded relaxing music to sleep by at night. I can't get into lavender. I don't really like the scent. Any other recommendations?
