Orange & Yogurt Creamsicle Recipe


Ingredients:
1 large orange, peeled
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup non fat, plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tsp ice cubes
1/2 cup almond milk

Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and pour into glass.



Snickers Protein Shake


Ingredients:
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 packets of stevia
5 ice cubes
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbs PB2 peanut powder
1/2 tsp caramel extract

Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and pour into glass.


 

Banana & Oatmeal Smoothie


Ingredients:
2 tbs oatmeal
1 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ice cubes

Directions: Place oatmeal in a small bowl with enough water to cover and microwave for 1 minute. After the oatmeal is cooked, add it to the blender along with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth.

 

Chai Spice + Almond + Coconut Smoothie


Ingredients:
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1 tsp almond butter
1-2 tsp chai spice
2 tsp agave nectar

Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and pour into glass.

  1. I am definitely going to make that Orange smoothie and Chai Smoothie! I currently make a variety of 2-3 different ones. I need some new smoothies and these sound great & the ingredients are easy to get!
