TAG I'M IT! Get to Know Me!

I have been TAGGED by my lovely blogging homie Cookie over at Takei Inspirations!

I love doing post like these to help people get to know me a little better.  So without further adieu, here we go!

1. Are you named after someone?

 Yes, I'm named after my grandmother.  The name Louida came from Louisiana where my grandmother is from.  My middle name is also named after her as well, which is Mae.  Yes, I know my name sounds country and I use to get teased for it.  People use to yell out screaming "LOUIDA MAE"!!!!  I sure did hate that!  Also, my name is hard to pronounce and you say it like this (Lou-Why-Da).  But just call me Lou for short like everyone else does.

2. When was the last time you cried?

 I'm not much of a crier like I use to be.  After having kids, I would cry over the silliest things!   I probably last cried when watching a movie.

3. Do you have kiddos?

 I sure do!  I have two lovely girls Lauren and Michelle.  My two lil' sweethearts.

4. If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself?

 I would.  I think I'm cool, don't you think?

5. Do you have a guilty pleasure?

 My guilty pleasure is eating sweets.  I have the biggest sweet tooth that I'm trying to curve it but it's so hard!

6. Do you like your handwriting?

 I like my hand writing but I'm terrible at cursive.

7. What’s your favorite cereal?

 I don't really have a favorite cold cereal but I do enjoy eating oatmeal.  My favorite flavor is bananas and cream.

8. What’s the first thing you notice about people?
 Their personality.  If their personality stinks then that's a deal breaker for me.  I don't have time for nasty attitudes!

9. What is your eye color?

Brown

10. Scary movie or happy endings?

I don't really do scary movies so for sure happy endings.

11. Favorite tv show?

I don't really have a favorite show but I'm a reality show addict.  I love watching made up drama on tv like The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

12. Summer or Winter?

 I hate the Winter so Summer time for sure.  I love to soak up some sun, wear cute Summer dresses and hit the road somewhere.



13. Hugs or Kisses?

I'm a hugger not a kisser.

14. What’s the furthest you’ve ever been from home?

I would have to say Bahamas when I was younger.  We went there on vacation and visited several islands.  I hope to go back soon.

15. Do you have any special talents?

I can draw, or so I think I still can because it has been years since I drew anything.  I use to draw portraits and landscapes.

16. Where were you born?

I was born in Oakland, California.


17. What are your hobbies?

 Blogging (well it actually turned into a business) and testing products.

18. Do you have any pets?

 Yes I do.  I have two goldfishes named Goldie and Blackie.

19. Favorite movie?

 I actually don't really have a favorite movie.

20. What color is your car?

 Gray

21. What do you want to be when you grow up?

 I want to be a successful entrepreneur.
